FinCalc Hub provides free online financial calculators and educational content about personal finance, taxation, investments, and business calculations. Our calculators include but are not limited to EMI calculators, tax calculators, investment calculators, and business calculators.

IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Advertising
FinCalc Hub is supported by advertising revenue, including through the Google AdSense program. Advertisements displayed on our Site are provided by Google and other advertising networks. We do not control the specific ads displayed and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
You agree not to engage in any activity designed to artificially generate advertising revenue, including clicking on ads on our Site yourself, encouraging others to click on ads, or using automated tools to interact with ads. Such activity violates Google AdSense policies and our Terms and may result in legal action.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU/EEA users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan, except where prohibited by law.
